Orange reste \u00e0 la pointe avec une note de 7,9 (7,8 pour l\u2019Internet fixe et 8,0 pour le mobile). Tous op\u00e9rateurs confondus, 58% des clients Internet fixe et 30% des clients mobiles ont rencontr\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me avec leur op\u00e9rateur en 2021, la qualit\u00e9 de service \u00e9tant leur principal grief. Notons que les consommateurs jugent plus s\u00e9v\u00e9rement les services clients de leurs op\u00e9rateurs, avec une note moyenne \u00e0 6,3 sur 10 (6,5 pour Orange).<\/p>\n<p>Le service \u00ab J&rsquo;alerte l&rsquo;Arcep \u00bb a re\u00e7u 38 000 sollicitations en 2021, en hausse de 14% par rapport \u00e0 2020.
