{"id":1911,"date":"2011-01-10T14:21:22","date_gmt":"2011-01-10T14:21:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=1911"},"modified":"2011-01-10T14:21:22","modified_gmt":"2011-01-10T14:21:22","slug":"vous-avez-dit-tpi-tps-avenant-n-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2011\/01\/10\/vous-avez-dit-tpi-tps-avenant-n-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Vous avez dit TPI -TPS avenant N\u00b02 ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9forme des retraites (loi portant r\u00e9forme des retraites &#8211; 10 nov 2010), 2 jours de n\u00e9gociation sont programm\u00e9s&nbsp;les 15 et 21 d\u00e9cembre&nbsp;2010.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e qui&nbsp;nous laissait un go\u00fbt amer:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les salari\u00e9s n\u00e9s en&nbsp;1954 et 1955 ne pouvaient plus pr\u00e9tendre au TPS (accord senior 2009).<\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00eame journ\u00e9e avait v\u00e9cu une r\u00e9elle avanc\u00e9e concernant ceux d\u00e9j\u00e0 entr\u00e9s en TPS et ceux n\u00e9s en novembre et d\u00e9cembre 1953 qui pourraient toujours pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 la CPA. Ces salari\u00e9s se verraient une prolongation de 4 mois \u00e0 1 an en temps lib\u00e9r\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pour la CPA un petit rappel: Cessation au 1er janvier 2011, les salari\u00e9s qui en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;conservent ce syst\u00e8me sauf s&rsquo;ils en&nbsp;d\u00e9cident autrement.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le 21 d\u00e9cembre 2010, 2\u00e8me journ\u00e9e de n\u00e9go: <strong>R E&nbsp;B O N D I S S E M E N T<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En effet, apr\u00e8s une longue interruption de s\u00e9ance \u00e0 la demande de la Direction, est arriv\u00e9e la solution TPI Temps Partiel Interm\u00e9diaire qui va permettre aux salari\u00e9s qui ouvrent les droits + 1954 et 1955 de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du TPI durant 2 ans qui d\u00e9coulera sur&nbsp;le TPS pour tous pour 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Dont la formule \u00e0 65% entraine 24 mois de temps lib\u00e9r\u00e9&nbsp;en place de&nbsp;18 mois auparavant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"avenant_2_accord_seniors\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/avenant_2_accord_seniors.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">avenant 2 accord seniors<\/a>&nbsp; <a title=\"tableaucomparateurtps\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/tableaucomparateurtps.xls\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"xls\" alt=\"xls\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/xls.png\" border=\"0\" \/>&nbsp;tableaucomparateurtps 19.50 Kb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9labor\u00e9 une compilation de l&rsquo;accord senior et de l&rsquo;avenant N\u00b0 2 afin de le mieux comprendre.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"comprendre_l_accord_senior_le_tps_tpi\" href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/comprendre_l_accord_senior_le_tps_tpi.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"pdf\" alt=\"pdf\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" border=\"0\" \/>&nbsp;comprendre l accord senior le tps tpi 125.07 Kb<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nous n&rsquo;avons pas sign\u00e9 cet AVENANT pour les motifs expliqu\u00e9s ci-dessous par notre DSC Pierre Morville.<\/p>\n<p>Notre syndicat reconna\u00eet les avanc\u00e9es de l&rsquo;avenant n\u00b02. Toutefois, les amendements propos\u00e9s ne suffisent pas \u00e0 corriger les insuffisances de l&rsquo;accord initial que notre OS n&rsquo;avait pas sign\u00e9. Sont point\u00e9s notamment la question du traitement fortement individualis\u00e9 des choix de primes, un traitement d\u00e9savantageux pour les cadres, un manque de clarification sur les cons\u00e9quences du dispositif propos\u00e9 sur les diff\u00e9rents statuts. Plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la r\u00e9ponse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ne correspond pas \u00e0 nos yeux, aux effets pr\u00e9visibles de la nouvelle Loi sur les retraites qui va profond\u00e9ment affecter notre entreprise au regard sa d\u00e9mographie actuelle.
