L\u2019assiette de calcul sur laquelle s\u2019appliquent ces augmentations est constitu\u00e9e de la somme des salaires de base, hors parts variables, comptabilis\u00e9e au 31 d\u00e9cembre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, en l\u2019esp\u00e8ce 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Vos repr\u00e9sentants CFE-CGC pensaient que nous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 touch\u00e9 le fond l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. H\u00e9las, en proposant une enveloppe globale de 2% seulement, la Direction persiste \u00e0 vouloir contr\u00f4ler ses co\u00fbts en contenant l\u2019augmentation de la masse salariale, en d\u00e9pit de l\u2019engagement important des salari\u00e9s en cette p\u00e9riode chahut\u00e9e par la crise sanitaire et de multiples d\u00e9parts de coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<h2>Augmentations : moins pour tous depuis un an<\/h2>\n<p>Si on consid\u00e8re l\u2019historique des augmentations au sein de l\u2019UES Globecast, on s\u2019aper\u00e7oit que les salaires inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 70 000 \u20ac suivent peu ou prou l\u2019inflation, ce qui est loin d\u2019\u00eatre le cas des salaires sup\u00e9rieurs. En outre, un d\u00e9crochage tr\u00e8s net s\u2019observe d\u00e8s 2021 :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-19124\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sgb_vs._inflation_2018_-_2022.jpg\" alt=\"sgb vs. inflation 2018 2022\" width=\"556\" height=\"669\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sgb_vs._inflation_2018_-_2022.jpg 556w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/sgb_vs._inflation_2018_-_2022-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En proposant de doubler sa proposition d\u2019enveloppe de 0,98% d\u00e9j\u00e0 ind\u00e9cente en 2021, d\u2019une part l\u2019entreprise ne se donne m\u00eame pas la peine de rattraper les pertes de pouvoir d\u2019achat des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, d\u2019autre part elle fait le choix d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019ignorer l\u2019inflation galopante annonc\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insee.fr\/fr\/statistiques\/6325575#:~:text=Sur%20un%20an%2C%20selon%20l,une%20moindre%20mesure%2C%20des%20services.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l\u2019Insee \u00e0 4,5 % en glissement annuel en mars 2022 !<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Orange quand \u00e7a d\u00e9range, Globecast quand \u00e7a arrange\u2026et vice versa !<\/h2>\n<p>Chez Orange SA, la d\u00e9cision unilat\u00e9rale d\u00e9finit une enveloppe de 3 %, alors que celle d\u2019OBS la garantit \u00e0 2,55 %, lorsqu\u2019Orange Cyberd\u00e9fense offre\u2026. 4,83 % tout confondu !!!<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, une fois de plus, l\u2019ouverture de la n\u00e9gociation chez Globecast est moins disante que dans le reste du groupe.<\/p>\n<h3>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h3>\n<p>Notre entreprise subit de multiples transformations depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, alors qu\u2019entre 2018 et 2021, son effectif a recul\u00e9 de plus de 17 %&nbsp;! C\u2019est donc bien l\u2019engagement sans faille des femmes et des hommes de Globecast qui permet de les mener \u00e0 bien.
