Si 75% des NAO se sont conclues par un accord, sign\u00e9 par la CFE-CGC dans 88% des cas, moins d\u2019un accord sur quatre pr\u00e9voit une clause de revoyure. Notre Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration appelle donc \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une clause de revoyure obligatoire, se d\u00e9clenchant automatiquement lorsque le SMIC subit deux augmentations dans la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, comme cela est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas en 2022&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A lire sur le site de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfecgc.org\/salle-de-presse\/communiques-de-presse\/negociations-salariales-traiter-lurgence-et-le-long-terme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CFE-CGC<\/a> \u2013 19\/05\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Rappelons qu\u2019alors que le pays connait un important choc inflationniste (4,8% en avril), la Direction d\u2019Orange n\u2019a propos\u00e9 aux salari\u00e9s qu\u2019une enveloppe d\u2019augmentation de 3,3% lors des NAO. Et \u00e0 la suite du refus des syndicats de cautionner cette perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat, cette enveloppe a \u00e9t\u00e9&#8230; ramen\u00e9e \u00e0 3% par D\u00e9cision Unilat\u00e9rale de l&rsquo;entreprise. Cette derni\u00e8re a par ailleurs refus\u00e9 toute clause de revoyure.
