Selon des chiffres publi\u00e9s par Bercy, ces centres d&rsquo;appels faisaient ainsi travailler 12.000 Tunisiens en 2009. Le leader mondial du secteur, Teleperformance, est m\u00eame le premier employeur priv\u00e9 du pays avec 4.000 personnes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mais depuis la gr\u00e8ve g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de vendredi et le d\u00e9part du pr\u00e9sident tunisien Ben Ali, les bureaux \u00e9taient ferm\u00e9s. Cons\u00e9quence&nbsp;directe: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.20minutes.fr\/article\/654094\/economie-tunisie-centres-appels-operateurs-telecoms-repondent-plus\">certains abonn\u00e9s ont eu du mal \u00e0 joindre leur service client ces derniers jours.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les difficult\u00e9s variaient toutefois d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. <strong>Pour Orange, la situation \u00e9tait par exemple compliqu\u00e9e car \u00able groupe a sous-trait\u00e9 en Tunisie une partie de son assistance technique. Le week-end, entre 30 et 50% des appels transitent par le pays, contre plus de 9% la semaine\u00bb, expliquait lundi S\u00e9bastien Crozier, \u00e9lu de la CFE-CGC\/UNSA au Comit\u00e9 Central d&rsquo;Entreprise de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8230;.Pour \u00e9viter une trop longue attente \u00e0 leurs clients, les op\u00e9rateurs t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques se sont aussi organis\u00e9s.
