{"id":19293,"date":"2022-06-13T10:17:45","date_gmt":"2022-06-13T10:17:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=19293"},"modified":"2022-06-13T10:17:45","modified_gmt":"2022-06-13T10:17:45","slug":"une-expertise-arcq-trop-etriquee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/06\/13\/une-expertise-arcq-trop-etriquee\/","title":{"rendered":"Une Expertise ARCQ trop \u00e9triqu\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>La commission Emploi, Formation, Egalit\u00e9 Professionnelle ( EFEP ) a propos\u00e9 aux \u00e9lus du CSE de lancer une grande expertise sur la mise en \u0153uvre de lAccord Reconnaissance des Comp\u00e9tence et Qualification (ARCQ) sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre TGI.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les premi\u00e8res versions du cahier des charges communiqu\u00e9es aux \u00e9lus faisaient mention d\u2019une expertise de l\u2019ARCQ sur l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre les femmes et les hommes du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre Innovation dans la reconnaissance des Comp\u00e9tences et Qualification et la politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration associ\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si ce point reste extr\u00eamement important et m\u00e9rite toute notre attention et notre vigilance, vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC ont souhait\u00e9 que la question de la pertinence de l\u2019ARCQ soit abord\u00e9e plus largement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord portant sur la reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences et des qualifications, sign\u00e9 le 20 f\u00e9vrier 2017 pour une dur\u00e9e de 5 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9flexion d\u2019Orange sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du mod\u00e8le de reconnaissance des comp\u00e9tences et des qualifications sera conduite en 2022.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il est important pour vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC d\u2019\u00e9tudier, au travers de cette expertise, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du CSEE et financ\u00e9e sur ses fonds propres, ce que la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019ARCQ a apport\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des personnels du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre Innovation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord et surtout l\u2019application faite au sein d\u2019Orange Innovation ont-ils permis de \u201c<em>reconnaitre les efforts d\u2019adaptation de chacun, garantir le maintien dans l\u2019emploi et assurer l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des comp\u00e9tences aux besoins strat\u00e9giques\u201d au travers d\u2019une politique de reconnaissance \u00e9quitable\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 connaitre le cahier des charges de cette expertise avant de donner leur voix pour un chantier de cette importance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le dossier est entre les mains de la commission des march\u00e9s et de la Commission EFEP afin de pr\u00e9senter lors du CSEE de juillet un dossier clarifi\u00e9 pour que nous puissions nous y associer en pleine conscience .<\/p>\n<p>Par Laurent Piffeteau&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
