Cela concerne 15 salari\u00e9s dont 1 \u00e9loign\u00e9 du service et un prestataire. Vos \u00e9lus ont rendu un avis d\u00e9favorable \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9conisent la mise en place d\u2019une navette entre le m\u00e9tro et le site, revoir l\u2019implantation de surfaces, d\u2019appliquer la norme concernant la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air, de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 des nuisances visuelles et d\u2019accompagner les managers et les salari\u00e9s aux changements d\u2019organisation li\u00e9s au flex office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valbonne<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avis d\u00e9favorable de vos \u00e9lus \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 concernant ce projet qui doit \u00eatre la future vitrine d\u2019Orange sur ce bassin d\u2019emploi et qui semblait pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les salari\u00e9s. Ce projet appara\u00eet moins attractif qu\u2019il ne l\u2019\u00e9tait au d\u00e9part. Il se situe loin de tout. Les bureaux sont en flex avec tous les inconv\u00e9nients d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulign\u00e9s.
