Canal+, qui poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 33% du bouquet OCS \u2013 annonc\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant <a href=\"2022021011450\/actu-numerique\/orange-vers-une-cession-d-ocs.html\">en vente<\/a> en f\u00e9vrier \u2013, pourrait conclure les discussions en septembre prochain, pour un accord soumis dans la foul\u00e9e aux autorit\u00e9s de la concurrence fran\u00e7aise.
