En effet des \u00e9volutions sont \u00e0 attendre sur la Direction Financi\u00e8re et du D\u00e9veloppement Corporate.<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs objectifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;organisation de la Direction Financi\u00e8re et du D\u00e9veloppement Corporate d\u2019Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer le passage d\u2019une direction financi\u00e8re de division \u00e0 la mise en place d\u2019une direction financi\u00e8re de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de plein exercice de plus de 8 Mds \u20ac de CA \u00e0 horizon 2025&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Prendre en compte la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences et responsabilit\u00e9s notamment des deux clusters capitalistiques (groupes Sonatel et Orange C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Adopter l\u2019organisation et dimensionner les postes pour pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ouverture du capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 au choix de l\u2019actionnaire et de r\u00e9pondre aux futures exigences d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e en bourse&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Assumer les missions attendues de la Direction Financi\u00e8re d\u2019Orange MEA dans le cadre de l\u2019extension de son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre aux activit\u00e9s de \u00ab d\u00e9veloppement corporate \u00bb&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une meilleure organisation du travail au sein de la Direction Financi\u00e8re d&rsquo;OMEA en regroupant plusieurs activit\u00e9s au sein d&rsquo;un unique p\u00f4le de \u00ab Finance Partner \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: inherit; color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; caret-color: auto;\">L\u2019organigramme cible sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre France est le suivant :&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-19773\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/omea_orga_cible_perimetre_france.png\" alt=\"Organigramme cible p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre France\" width=\"646\" height=\"365\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/omea_orga_cible_perimetre_france.png 747w, https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/omea_orga_cible_perimetre_france-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 646px) 100vw, 646px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11 salari\u00e9s sont concern\u00e9s par ces \u00e9volutions en France tandis que 13 salari\u00e9s conservent leur poste avec le m\u00eame contenu.&nbsp;Tous les nouveaux postes cr\u00e9\u00e9s seront publi\u00e9s et tous les salari\u00e9s pourront candidater.<br \/>Il n\u2019y a pas de changement de site pour les salari\u00e9s ni pour le management de proximit\u00e9 qui reste celui d\u2019Axe Seine.<br \/>Enfin, les \u00e9quipes vis\u00e9es par ce changement d\u2019organisation ne seraient pas concern\u00e9es par un \u00e9ventuel projet de Phase 2 Casablanca.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u2019analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC constatent le bien-fond\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019organisation de la Direction Finance et D\u00e9veloppement Corporate d\u2019Orange MEA bas\u00e9e sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019atteindre la dimension d\u2019une Direction Financi\u00e8re de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cot\u00e9e dont les perspectives de chiffre d\u2019affaires s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8veraient \u00e0 8 Mds \u20ac en 2025.<br \/>A l\u2019\u00e9coute des salari\u00e9s, ils seront particuli\u00e8rement attentifs \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement des 11 salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par ces \u00e9volutions de poste tant par la ligne hi\u00e9rarchique que par la Direction des Ressources Humaines.
