En 3 ans ils ont baiss\u00e9 de 8 %.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a eu 252 d\u00e9parts dont 114 d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite, 14 d\u00e9missions, 5 ruptures conventionnelles, 1 licenciement, 3 autres d\u00e9parts (solde entr\u00e9es \/ sorties provisoires), 115 mobilit\u00e9s sortantes. Les d\u00e9missions concernent en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des salari\u00e9s qui ont environ une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans le Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a eu 163 entr\u00e9es :&nbsp; 26 recrutements, 137 mobilit\u00e9s internes. Le solde des mobilit\u00e9s internes reste positif (22), mais le solde total des flux affiche un solde n\u00e9gatif (89).<\/p>\n<p>Globalement la digitalisation a impact\u00e9 le fonctionnement des \u00e9quipes et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail impacte les relations manager-salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus demandent que l\u2019Entreprise respecte ses obligations l\u00e9gales et mette en place des moyens coercitifs pour obliger les managers \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les entretiens individuels.<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>Le bilan 2021 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 si tard dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 ne permet pas de tirer des actions correctrices pour cette ann\u00e9e. Au-del\u00e0 des chiffres, il n\u2019y a aucune analyse qualitative. Il faut \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de l\u2019intelligence artificielle sur l\u2019emploi et sur le contenu des postes.
