Nos bureaux font actuellement 160 cm, ce qui est le minimum, mais non l\u2019optimum en termes d\u2019am\u00e9nagements. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bruno Michel, ing\u00e9nieur Ecole Centrale et architecte DPLG, compare cette pratique de \u00ab&nbsp;compactage&nbsp;\u00bb des postes de travail \u00e0 une version ergonomique \u00e0 peine humanis\u00e9e de la stabulation d\u2019\u00e9levage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC estiment qu\u2019il est possible de mieux faire&nbsp;!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et que dire des configurations des benchs de quatre dont deux des postes sont des bureaux \u00ab&nbsp;assis-debout&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;? Peut-on croire qu\u2019il sera agr\u00e9able de travailler, assis \u00e0 cette position lorsque le ou la coll\u00e8gue sera en position debout&nbsp;et vous d\u00e9passera de plusieurs t\u00eates ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Distances entre les postes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les experts s\u2019accordent pour dire qu\u2019une distance de 230 cm entre des postes adoss\u00e9s est particuli\u00e8rement minimaliste, notamment lorsque deux personnes dos \u00e0 dos t\u00e9l\u00e9phonent simultan\u00e9ment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La distance de recul de 1,20m, telle que pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e dans la norme AFNOR X35-102, est le minimum \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre, mais malheureusement pas suffisante pour assurer le confort des salari\u00e9s. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les plans de microzoning*<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s aux \u00e9lus comportent souvent, trop souvent, des configurations ne respectant pas les r\u00e8gles d\u2019am\u00e9nagement permettant de cr\u00e9er des espaces de travail adapt\u00e9s. Lorsque vos \u00e9lus remontent ces points, la r\u00e9ponse est trop souvent&nbsp;: \u00ab<em>&nbsp;Les salari\u00e9s ont demand\u00e9s cette configuration&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;Il est compliqu\u00e9 de faire autrement&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>* A Consulter en bas de page<\/em><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9ponses ne nous conviennent pas et nous demandons aux consultants de KARDHAM , le cabinet mandat\u00e9 par Orange pour concevoir nos nouveaux espaces de travail, de revoir leur copie \u00ab&nbsp;<em>pour que chaque m\u00b2 soit un m\u00b2 utile et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb aux salari\u00e9s d\u2019Orange comme le r\u00e9clame leur slogan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>En parall\u00e8le, nous encourageons l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s du site d\u2019Orange Atalante \u00e0 regarder avec attention les plans de microzoning partag\u00e9s et les invitons \u00e0 revenir vers leurs \u00e9lus CFE-CGC pour leur faire part de leurs remarques et \u00e9ventuelles inqui\u00e9tudes.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le CSEE sera consult\u00e9 fin octobre sur la phase de microzoning du site d\u2019Orange Atalante, ce sera l\u2019occasion pour vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC de faire remonter clairement vos souhaits et vos attentes vis-\u00e0-vis du projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du site d\u2019Orange Atalante en Flex Office.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il ne faut pas se bercer d\u2019illusion, le d\u00e9ploiement du Flex-Office chez Orange se fera afin de r\u00e9aliser le plan Scal Up, le plan d\u2019\u00e9conomies.
