La cour d’appel a rendu sa d\u00e9cision ce vendredi dans le dossier de harc\u00e8lement moral \u00e0 France T\u00e9l\u00e9com. Deux ex-dirigeants, condamn\u00e9s en premi\u00e8re instance, esp\u00e9raient la relaxe. L’ex-PDG Didier Lombard a \u00e9cop\u00e9 d’une peine all\u00e9g\u00e9e, un an de prison avec sursis.<\/h4>\n

L’ex-PDG de France T\u00e9l\u00e9com Didier Lombard a vu sa peine all\u00e9g\u00e9e vendredi \u00e0 Paris, la cour d’appel le condamnant pour harc\u00e8lement moral institutionnel \u00e0 un an de prison assorti en totalit\u00e9 du sursis, contre quatre mois de prison ferme en premi\u00e8re instance.

\u00ab La violence sociale n’est pas une m\u00e9thode de management et il faut se f\u00e9liciter de ce jugement qui va profond\u00e9ment transformer le rapport entre les dirigeants et les personnels \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 devant la presse S\u00e9bastien Crozier, pr\u00e9sident du syndicat CFE-CGC Orange. <\/p>\n
