On nous propose un environnement &lsquo;dynamique&rsquo; dans lequel les salari\u00e9s ont du mal \u00e0 se projeter : espace de concentration, espace de discussion etc&#8230; Les &lsquo;espaces&rsquo; ne correspondent pas \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du travail o\u00f9 on alterne les s\u00e9quences de concentration, de conversations t\u00e9l sans qu&rsquo;on puisse envisager de passer physiquement d&rsquo;un espace \u00e0 un autre \u00e0 chaque changement d&rsquo;activit\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;M\u00eame si on peut comprendre que le d\u00e9veloppement du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et la moindre occupation des sites conduise la DIG \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la voilure en termes d\u2019immobilier, on ne peut accepter que cela se fasse au d\u00e9triment des conditions de travail. Si on s&rsquo;en tient aux plans de micro zoning pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en CSE, dans certaines zones, la densification aboutira \u00e0 un ratio inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 7m2 par poste, avec un \u00e9clairage naturel insuffisant et un niveau de bruit ambiant trop \u00e9lev\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 des alertes \u00e9manant du m\u00e9decin du travail, malgr\u00e9 les demandes de salari\u00e9s Orange Innovation demandant \u00e0 rester dans leur b\u00e2timent actuel, malgr\u00e9 les pr\u00e9conisations des rapports d&rsquo;expertise, la direction d\u00e9roule son plan.<\/p>\n<p>Au vu du caract\u00e8re inabouti du projet, les \u00e9lus CSE ont vot\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution \u00e0 l&rsquo;unanimit\u00e9 demandant le report de la consultation, mais la direction, consid\u00e9rant que toutes les r\u00e9ponses avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la cl\u00f4ture de l&rsquo;info consultation.
