Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne soci\u00e9tal s\u2019av\u00e8re plus prononc\u00e9 dans notre entreprise qui a le pouvoir et le devoir de mettre en place des mesures efficientes et surtout allouer des moyens concrets pour y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les constats du mal-\u00eatre au travail ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis dans toutes les instances par les repr\u00e9sentants CFE CGC Orange et les&nbsp;preuves irr\u00e9futables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par le rapport de l\u2019enqu\u00eate triennale CNPS SECAFI.
