{"id":20126,"date":"2022-10-21T07:27:03","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T07:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20126"},"modified":"2022-10-21T07:27:03","modified_gmt":"2022-10-21T07:27:03","slug":"ameliorer-la-protection-sociale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/10\/21\/ameliorer-la-protection-sociale\/","title":{"rendered":"Am\u00e9liorer la protection sociale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une longue lutte, nous avons obtenu pour les fonctionnaires la mise en place d\u2019un contrat collectif de <a href=\"201710246053\/protection-sociale\/fonctionnaires-et-salarie-e-s-sous-la-meme-couverture.html\">couverture sant\u00e9 en 2017<\/a>, de <a href=\"2021060410514\/protection-sociale\/mieux-proteges-mieux-soignes.html\">pr\u00e9voyance en 2021<\/a>, avec des principes align\u00e9s sur ceux qui s\u2019appliquent pour les salari\u00e9s de droit priv\u00e9 chez Orange, notamment en ce qui concerne la partie prise en charge par l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p>Il reste cependant du chemin \u00e0 faire pour que cette protection sociale soit parfaitement \u00e9quitable.
