Cette ann\u00e9e, elle est de surcro\u00eet moins-disante que la derni\u00e8re proposition pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux organisations syndicales, qui l\u2019ont unanimement jug\u00e9e insuffisante. La Direction d\u2019Orange est-elle si attach\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social qu\u2019elle le pr\u00e9tend&nbsp;?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019obsession id\u00e9ologique est la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, dont la masse salariale&#8230; mais pas pour tout le monde&nbsp;! \u00c0 l\u2019occasion du changement de gouvernance du Groupe mi-2022, la r\u00e9tribution des dirigeants a substantiellement augment\u00e9. En ann\u00e9e pleine, +70% au global (si les objectifs permettant de d\u00e9livrer les parts variables et les actions gratuites sont atteints) pour le nouveau duo Pr\u00e9sident et Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui remplacent notre ancien PDG et +40% pour les administrateurs d\u2019Orange. En parall\u00e8le, un nouveau plan d\u2019actions gratuites est mis en place chaque ann\u00e9e pour les cadres dirigeants. Enfin, le niveau du dividende ne baisse pas, quels que soient les r\u00e9sultats du Groupe, ce qui ob\u00e8re nos capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 constituer un \u00ab&nbsp;tr\u00e9sor de guerre&nbsp;\u00bb permettant d\u2019investir dans des projets porteurs de croissance et d\u2019emplois.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre dans le partage de la richesse produite constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment clef de coh\u00e9sion sociale et donc de succ\u00e8s p\u00e9renne pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange et la CFTC, qui r\u00e9clament la <a href=\"2022092612206\/remuneration\/negociation-sur-les-salaires-et-le-pouvoir-d-achat-la-cfe-cgc-orange-ecrit-a-la-directrice-generale.html\">r\u00e9ouverture de n\u00e9gociations sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et le pouvoir d\u2019achat<\/a> d\u00e8s cette fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, ne manqueront pas de le rappeler \u00e0 la Direction.
