{"id":20186,"date":"2022-10-26T09:49:33","date_gmt":"2022-10-26T09:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20186"},"modified":"2022-10-26T09:49:33","modified_gmt":"2022-10-26T09:49:33","slug":"le-salarie-paye-t-il-les-resultats-financiers-mediocres-d-obs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/10\/26\/le-salarie-paye-t-il-les-resultats-financiers-mediocres-d-obs\/","title":{"rendered":"Le salari\u00e9 paye-t-il les r\u00e9sultats financiers m\u00e9diocres d\u2019OBS ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La faiblesse de la strat\u00e9gie industrielle depuis des ann\u00e9es chez Orange Business Services engendre des r\u00e9sultats financiers catastrophiques&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats impactent durablement et n\u00e9gativement notre part variable.<\/p>\n<p>La partie OBS de la part variable manag\u00e9riale repr\u00e9sente 20% de la part variable des salari\u00e9s de Dbis \u00e0 F.<\/p>\n<p>Sur 4 crit\u00e8res d\u2019objectifs, 3 sont financiers&nbsp;et li\u00e9s entre eux : &nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>le Chiffre d\u2019Affaires (-0,2%),<\/li>\n<li>la marge (-25%),<\/li>\n<li>et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019OBS (en net recul);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ils repr\u00e9sentent donc un impact de 75% sur la Part Variable OBS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; R\u00e9sultat pour nous&nbsp;: 0% sur ces objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Le 4\u00e8me crit\u00e8re, la satisfaction client, est le seul \u00e0 la main du salari\u00e9 et ne repr\u00e9sente que 25% de la part variable OBS.<\/p>\n<p>Ce crit\u00e8re surperforme avec excellence, il est le fruit direct de la qualit\u00e9 du travail fournie \u00e0 nos clients.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>R\u00e9sultat pour nous sur objectif&nbsp;d\u00e9pass\u00e9&nbsp;: 28,3%<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Au global&nbsp;<\/span>: <strong>28,3% (\u00e0 notre main) + 0% (leur strat\u00e9gie industrielle et r\u00e9sultats financiers) = 28,3%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9sultat ne refl\u00e8te pas assez l\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s au quotidien. Les objectifs doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 la main des salari\u00e9s pour \u00eatre r\u00e9alisables.<\/p>\n<p>Si OBS ne met pas en place une strat\u00e9gie pour renouer avec la croissance, les crit\u00e8res financiers continueront \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des valeurs de PV \u00e0 0\u20ac alors que ces objectifs d\u00e9pendent trop peu de la bonne volont\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9flexion doit \u00eatre men\u00e9e pour renouer avec la croissance, afin de prioriser les produits et les services \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e dont nos clients ont besoin, de compenser les pertes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9croissance des produits du CORE BUSINESS.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>La proposition&nbsp;imm\u00e9diate : Afin de mieux r\u00e9compenser le travail des salari\u00e9s,<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>la CFE-CGC Orange propose d\u2019augmenter<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>le poids de la composante \u00ab&nbsp;satisfaction client&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 minima \u00e0 50%<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>et de modifier la composante financi\u00e8re<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>vers&nbsp;un pourcentage de facturation de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9s par nos clients.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Ce point \u00e9tant \u00e0 la main des salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La faiblesse de la strat\u00e9gie industrielle depuis des ann\u00e9es chez Orange Business Services engendre des r\u00e9sultats financiers catastrophiques&nbsp;!
