{"id":20238,"date":"2022-11-03T11:25:57","date_gmt":"2022-11-03T11:25:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20238"},"modified":"2022-11-03T11:25:57","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T11:25:57","slug":"atalante-futur-les-atouts-du-projet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2022\/11\/03\/atalante-futur-les-atouts-du-projet\/","title":{"rendered":"Atalante Futur, les atouts du projet"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>A contre-courant de l\u2019ensemble des organisations syndicales, vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC n\u2019ont pas fustig\u00e9 le projet Orange Atalante Futur.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>Pour la CFE-CGC, le projet Orange Atalante Futur a des atouts, comme la volont\u00e9 de sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 carbone en r\u00e9duisant et partageant l\u2019espace au sein d\u2019un b\u00e2timent neuf, HQE et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la ligne B du m\u00e9tro de Rennes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comme tous, nous faisons le constat que le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re extr\u00eamement rapide, fortement aid\u00e9 par la crise sanitaire et l\u2019adoption des espaces ouverts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes le montrent, le TT est aujourd\u2019hui souhait\u00e9 et pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par de nombreux salari\u00e9s, il est fort \u00e0 parier que nous ne reviendrons pas en arri\u00e8re.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nos sites pointent \u00e0 un taux de fr\u00e9quentation, qui dans les meilleurs jours, ne d\u00e9passe pas 60%. A chaque venue sur site, nous ne pouvons que constater que nos bureaux donnent le sentiment de sous-occupation.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En tant que citoyen, en tant que salari\u00e9, puis-je exiger d\u2019avoir une position de travail individuelle personnelle alors que je suis pr\u00e9sent sur le site 2 jours par semaine et en m\u00eame temps puis-je exiger la m\u00eame chose de mon coll\u00e8gue de bureau qui lui est pr\u00e9sent au quotidien\u202f?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Souvent les personnels pr\u00e9sents se sentent isol\u00e9s et en particulier ceux qui ne pratiquent pas le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail r\u00e9gulier. En effet le travail nomade ne convient pas \u00e0 toutes et tous et nous devons porter notre attention sur nos coll\u00e8gues qui ne veulent pas, ne peuvent pas t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC d\u2019Orange n\u2019est pas contre la mise en \u0153uvre des espaces dynamiques comme elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 contre le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, mais elle demande que sa mise en \u0153uvre soit accompagn\u00e9e afin de permettre \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous de disposer d\u2019un environnement de travail permettant une v\u00e9ritable efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle dans le respect de de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vos \u00e9lus CFE-CGC resteront vigilants sur la mise en \u0153uvre de ces nouveaux espaces de travail afin qu\u2019ils correspondent \u00e0 nos besoins m\u00e9tiers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>par Laurent Piffeteau&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/orange_tgi_projet_atalante_pre-rapport_221014.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px;
