Petit zoom sur cette interpr\u00e9tation pr\u00e9torienne en construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Lien entre entretien professionnel et obligations de formation de l\u2019employeur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pour les juges de la Haute cour, les obligations sociales pesant sur l\u2019employeur consistant respectivement \u00e0 organiser l\u2019entretien professionnel et \u00e0 s\u2019assurer de l\u2019adaptation de ses&nbsp; salari\u00e9s \u00e0 leur poste de travail ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 veiller \u00e0 leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 occuper un emploi, sont \u00e9troitement imbriqu\u00e9es.
