En 2005, compte tenu de la mise en place des Comit&eacute;s d&rsquo;&Eacute;tablissements, l&rsquo;ensemble des organisations syndicales a sign&eacute; un accord d&eacute;l&eacute;guant la gestion de la restauration &agrave; la direction de l&rsquo;entreprise.\n<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\nChez France T&eacute;l&eacute;com &#8211; Orange, le budget restauration (qui constitue une obligation l&eacute;gale) est de 62 Millions d&rsquo;euros soit plus de 600 &euro; par personne. Dans les faits, les premiers comptes laissent appara&icirc;tre que la direction, en ne r&eacute;actualisant pas le niveau des subventions, en encourageant la d&eacute;gradation des prestations fournies pour diminuer le nombre de repas pris, en comptabilisant des repas fictifs, en surfacturant des frais internes, a, en 4 ans, soustrait pr&egrave;s de 50 millions d&rsquo;euros de la poche des salari&eacute;s (soit 500 &euro; par personne, l&rsquo;&eacute;quivalent de l&rsquo;int&eacute;ressement exceptionnel).&hellip;\n<\/p>\n<p>\nLa <strong>CFE-CGC\/UNSA<\/strong> est la seule organisation &agrave; vouloir reprendre en direct la gestion de la Restauration. Les autres OS le refusent. &Eacute;tant donn&eacute; leur d&eacute;sastreuse gestion du CCUES, c&rsquo;est de leur part faire preuve d&rsquo;une grande bien qu&rsquo;&eacute;tonnante lucidit&eacute; ! La <strong>CFE-CGC<\/strong> a fait porter le dossier devant les tribunaux pour essayer de r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer cet argent dont les salari&eacute;s ont &eacute;t&eacute; spoli&eacute;s.*\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Les menus &eacute;quilibr&eacute;s de la CFE-CGC :<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>permettre &agrave; ceux qui travaillent en horaires d&eacute;cal&eacute;s d&rsquo;acc&eacute;der &agrave; la restauration (CCOR, AVSC, CCOR&hellip;), <\/li>\n<li>laisser le choix &agrave; chaque salari&eacute; de choisir la restauration collective ou les Tickets Restaurants,<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;utiliser l&rsquo;int&eacute;gralit&eacute; du budget Restauration pour augmenter la subvention FT d&rsquo;au moins 1&euro; \/ repas, <\/li>\n<li>exiger des prestataires une am&eacute;lioration de la qualit&eacute; de leur prestation&hellip;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La restauration est traditionnellement une activit&eacute; sous le contr&ocirc;le des Comit&eacute;s d&rsquo;Entreprise.
