Affirmant le revaloriser, aucune action tangible n\u2019est pourtant constat\u00e9e. M\u00eame si un passage de niveau C en D est envisag\u00e9, la revalorisation de salaire reste insuffisante. Cela se confirme dans la volont\u00e9 de ne pas recruter vraiment mais de maintenir l\u2019activit\u00e9, sachant qu\u2019une sous-traitance de l\u2019activit\u00e9 est pr\u00e9vue. Un mauvais calcul lorsque l\u2019on sait le turn-over assez cons\u00e9quent. En effet, sur 80 recrues, 25% sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 partis ailleurs au bout d\u2019un an.
