Managers, Managers de projets\/programme, Cadres Dirigeants, etc\u2026), l\u2019impact de&nbsp;la r\u00e9organisation IT&amp;S n\u2019y est, tr\u00e8s probablement pas \u00e9trang\u00e8re.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une forte proportion \u00e9galement, environs 30% des d\u00e9parts, au niveau des m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration\/validation de solutions. Est-il n\u00e9cessaire de rappeler que ces comp\u00e9tences sont, depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es sous tension.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le TPS 2022 semble sonner le glas des Temps Partiel S\u00e9nior, il est fort probable que nous vivions le dernier plan de ce type chez Orange, alors que reste-t-il ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les salari\u00e9s, \u00e0 partir de 55 ans, le TPA offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire son taux d\u2019activit\u00e9 offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire son taux et donc sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration mais en continuant \u00e0 cotiser \u00e0 taux plein pour ne pas hypoth\u00e9quer sa retraite.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour conserver une cotisation \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;un temps plein, dans le cadre du TPA, l&rsquo;entreprise prend en charge cette sur-cotisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depuis janvier&nbsp;2022<\/strong>, les cadres pay\u00e9s au forfait jours, peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une retraite progressive \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir atteint 60&nbsp;ans et de totaliser au moins 150&nbsp;trimestres.
