Le dossier, dense et complexe, ne fournit que des donn\u00e9es quantitatives globalis\u00e9es. Sans offrir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019affiner davantage, il annonce sur le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la DO Ile de France un total de 184 187 heures de formation, soit une moyenne de 28.5 heures de formation par salari\u00e9 (au nombre de 6462 \u00e0 fin juin 2022).
