{"id":20661,"date":"2023-01-02T11:01:52","date_gmt":"2023-01-02T11:01:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20661"},"modified":"2023-01-02T11:01:52","modified_gmt":"2023-01-02T11:01:52","slug":"formation-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2023\/01\/02\/formation-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Formation 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;Information&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/>Renforcer l\u2019expertise technologique, garantir l\u2019excellence client, favoriser l\u2019adaptation collective et obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019engagement RSE, telles sont les 4 priorit\u00e9s du plan de formation 2023 qui s\u2019\u2019articule autour d\u2019axes diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s selon les domaines. <br \/>Ainsi, pour le Grand Public, l\u2019objectif principal est le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences relationnelles afin de permettre aux conseillers clients de s\u2019adapter aux nouveaux comportements clients et de g\u00e9rer aux mieux les incivilit\u00e9s.<br \/>Le domaine Entreprises, lui, vise un management diff\u00e9renciant et la professionnalisation des \u00e9quipes par l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la culture data et l\u2019acquisition de l\u2019expertise dans les relais de croissance.<br \/>Enfin, les enjeux de l\u2019Intervention reposent sur les grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements (Rugby 2023, J.O 2024), la professionnalisation data, le pilotage et la mise sous contr\u00f4le de la sous-traitance, la ma\u00eetrise relationnelle et r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que l\u2019on constate sur le terrain de moins en moins de collaboration spontan\u00e9e et que les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles ne sont pas prises en compte, les formations travail en mode projet ou m\u00e9thodes agiles se d\u00e9veloppent.Ces formations sont trop souvent surcot\u00e9es, co\u00fbteuses, \u00e9nergivores et chronophages.<br \/>Certes, notre m\u00e9tier d\u2019op\u00e9rateur est en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution et doit s\u2019adapter, mais l\u2019investissement humain demand\u00e9 risque de compromettre la dynamique collective.<br \/>Nous resterons attentifs \u00e0 la promesse d\u2019\u00e9volution vers des formations dipl\u00f4mantes, voire certifiantes.<br \/>La CFE-CGC Orange privil\u00e9gie le d\u00e9roulement des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat p\u00e9dagogique de groupe et l\u2019interaction et pr\u00e9conise l\u2019usage du e-learning pour les remises \u00e0 niveau et les sujets \u00ab simples \u00bb.
