Ce dernier fait notamment ressortir un vrai d\u00e9calage de perception sur la qualit\u00e9 du dialogue social des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la table des n\u00e9gociations : chefs d\u2019entreprises et DRH l\u2019estiment de bonne tenue, lui donnant la note de 7,8\/10&nbsp;; salari\u00e9s et repr\u00e9sentants du personnel lui donnent tout juste la moyenne, les notant respectivement \u00e0 5,7\/10 et 5\/10.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>De fait, 86 % des RP affichent un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit n\u00e9gatif. Pr\u00e8s de 60 % d\u2019entre eux se disent toujours fatigu\u00e9s, un sur deux est inquiet, quatre sur dix sont carr\u00e9ment d\u00e9\u00e7us, et un tiers est en col\u00e8re. Motifs principaux : affaiblissement du poids des instances repr\u00e9sentatives face \u00e0 la direction, accroissement de l\u2019investissement temps n\u00e9cessaire, ordre du jour trop charg\u00e9 lors de s\u00e9ances o\u00f9 les sujets sont survol\u00e9s.
