{"id":20901,"date":"2023-02-06T17:04:22","date_gmt":"2023-02-06T17:04:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20901"},"modified":"2023-02-06T17:04:22","modified_gmt":"2023-02-06T17:04:22","slug":"nao-2023-le-grand-mepris","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2023\/02\/06\/nao-2023-le-grand-mepris\/","title":{"rendered":"NAO 2023 : Le grand m\u00e9pris !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/remupage.png\" alt=\"remupage\" width=\"617\" height=\"332\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance de n\u00e9gociation s\u2019est tenue le 2 f\u00e9vrier et la proposition de la Direction est tomb\u00e9e&nbsp;: <strong>3,7 %&nbsp;!<br \/> <\/strong><br \/> Sachant que l\u2019inflation des douze derniers mois (publi\u00e9e en janvier) est de 6,1 %, nous avons donc face \u00e0 nous, une nouvelle <strong>Direction compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9complex\u00e9e<\/strong> pour qui toute id\u00e9e de consensus social pouvant se mat\u00e9rialiser par un accord salarial semble lui r\u00e9pugner.<\/p>\n<p>Investir dans les d\u00e9parts&nbsp;: <strong>oui<\/strong> &#8211; Investir dans la force au travail&nbsp;: <strong>non&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici la doxa de cette nouvelle Direction qui, par la voix de son nouveau DRH, r\u00e9p\u00e8te comme un mantra que l\u2019important c\u2019est la gestion des comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;!! Les d\u00e9parts massifs seront potentiellement remplac\u00e9s par les bonnes comp\u00e9tences aux bons endroits.<\/p>\n<p>Jamais, depuis que la n\u00e9gociation salariale existe, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire depuis 2005, la Direction n\u2019avait fait une proposition de budget aussi d\u00e9cal\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019inflation. Jamais elle n\u2019avait envisag\u00e9 de d\u00e9grader avec une telle force le pouvoir d\u2019achat des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le retour \u00e0 la brutalit\u00e9 est donc ent\u00e9rin\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La majorit\u00e9 des organisations syndicales repr\u00e9sentantes du personnel a act\u00e9 une revendication commune&nbsp;:<\/strong><br \/> <strong>Sur la base des propositions de la CFE-CGC, l\u2019intersyndicale revendique un taux de 9 % qui embarque une mesure de rattrapage de<\/strong> <strong>3 % au titre de l\u2019exercice 2022 et de 6 % au titre de l\u2019inflation minimum pr\u00e9visionnelle 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La performance \u00e9conomique du Groupe est directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019investissement et \u00e0 la performance de ses salari\u00e9s.
