{"id":20969,"date":"2023-02-15T14:18:02","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T14:18:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=20969"},"modified":"2023-02-15T14:18:02","modified_gmt":"2023-02-15T14:18:02","slug":"echange-a-bridge-siege-d-orange-avec-les-salaries-mardi-14-fevrier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2023\/02\/15\/echange-a-bridge-siege-d-orange-avec-les-salaries-mardi-14-fevrier\/","title":{"rendered":"Echange \u00e0 Bridge, si\u00e8ge d&rsquo;Orange, avec les salari\u00e9s, mardi 14 f\u00e9vrier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lors de la HIS (Heure Syndicale d\u2019Information) du mardi 14 f\u00e9vrier, S\u00e9bastien Crozier, Pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC Orange, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un d\u00e9cryptage de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 sociale et abord\u00e9 les sujets qui pr\u00e9occupent les salari\u00e9s, notamment la strat\u00e9gie de l&rsquo;entreprise avec son \u00e9volution du COMEX, la situation du r\u00e9seau des Agences de Distribution, l&rsquo;organisation du travail impliquant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la restauration, ainsi qu\u2019un focus sur le pouvoir d\u2019achat et la r\u00e9tribution, induisant les augmentations salariales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/his_page.png\" alt=\"his page\" width=\"530\" height=\"456\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\">Un moment riche d\u2019\u00e9changes avec les salari\u00e9s pour lesquels l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du COMEX a suscit\u00e9 de nombreuses questions tout comme le sujet \u00e9pineux des n\u00e9gociations salariales en cours.<\/p>\n<p>A ce propos, la proposition de la CFE-CGC Orange d\u2019aborder le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat 2023 de mani\u00e8re globale plut\u00f4t que de parler uniquement d\u2019augmentations salariales a d\u2019ailleurs suscit\u00e9 un vif int\u00e9r\u00eat&nbsp;tout comme l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019Orange prenne \u00e0 sa charge une plus large part des cotisations de Pr\u00e9voyance sant\u00e9 ou qu\u2019elle finance davantage les tickets restaurant.
