\nDébut novembre, l’entreprise a eu l’assurance – discrète – que l’accord serait signé par au moins deux organisations syndicales. Du coup, elle n’a pas hésité à présenter un texte en recul pour la dernière séance de négociation le 17 novembre, à communiquer prématurément vers la presse et à imposer le 26 novembre comme date ultime de signature. Au final, le texte proposé comporte de nombreuses clauses d’exclusions et des dispositions floues, spécifiques ou restrictives, ouvrant la porte à de multiples traitements « au cas par cas », sans garantie d’équité pour les personnes concernées.\n<\/p>\n
