Ils ont alert\u00e9 sur la situation des salari\u00e9s amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9voluer dans leur emploi suite \u00e0 la restructuration de leur AD avec, soit un repositionnement \u00e0 la GDT, soit au sein d\u2019Orange. <strong>La Direction ne donne que des r\u00e9ponses impr\u00e9cises quant \u00e0 sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9ploiement de la GDT au d\u00e9triment d\u2019Orange&nbsp;: quels co\u00fbts&nbsp;? Quelle valeur ajout\u00e9e&nbsp;? Quelle organisation du travail ? \u2026 Aucune \u00e9tude d\u2019impact men\u00e9e sur les enjeux de repositionnement et d\u2019accompagnement des salari\u00e9s, ni m\u00eame sur le cadre juridique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re richesse de notre entreprise, les personnels doivent \u00eatre embarqu\u00e9s dans les transformations indispensables du Groupe. Pour cela, la DRH doit mettre \u00e0 leur disposition tous les leviers et les outils de travail n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur service et non l\u2019inverse. Or, Orange collaborative, Office 365 et Teams, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 sans accompagnement.
