Restructuration globale rebaptis\u00e9e <strong>Orange Business<\/strong> avec un vaste plan de redressement et une refonte d\u00e9cisive du mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel suivi d\u2019un plan in\u00e9dit de formation (5 000 employ\u00e9s dans les t\u00e9l\u00e9coms, la virtualisation, le cloud, les donn\u00e9es, l\u2019intelligence artificielle et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Mesures phares<\/strong>&nbsp;: Valoriser les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 plus forte valeur ajout\u00e9e, modifier l\u2019organisation du groupe, tirer de la valeur ajout\u00e9e des rachats effectu\u00e9s, revoir la structure des co\u00fbts de production et faire baisser les frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux (Scalp-up 2 arrive\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Social<\/strong>&nbsp;: D\u00e9part de 7 600 personnes en TPS en 2022 dans une optique de r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de l\u2019ordre de 600 M\u20ac. <br \/> <strong>Un pilotage <\/strong>qui s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un \u00e9chec et incite \u00e0 s\u2019inqui\u00e9ter pour l\u2019avenir du groupe, fleuron de l\u2019\u00e9conomie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Rentabilit\u00e9 des investissements<\/strong>&nbsp;: <strong>Orange Cyberd\u00e9fense<\/strong> r\u00e9alise de bons r\u00e9sultats avec un CA approchant le Md d\u2019euros en 2022.
