Nouveau projet au sein des CSRH"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ce projet de r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019accueil CSRH est l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un chantier de r\u00e9flexion \u00ab Faire Autrement \u00bb d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec les salari\u00e9s volontaires d\u00e8s mars 2022.<\/h2>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9flexions men\u00e9es en totale autonomie par les salari\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames a abouti \u00e0 une liste de <strong>15 sujets \u00e0 traiter<\/strong> avec l\u2019objectif :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u2019<strong>optimiser le service rendu<\/strong> aux salari\u00e9s par le d\u00e9veloppement de la proactivit\u00e9 et la recherche d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019<strong>accro\u00eetre l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du m\u00e9tier<\/strong> de conseiller RH \u00e0 l\u2019accueil en leur confiant plus d\u2019autonomie et de responsabilisation dans l\u2019exercice de leur m\u00e9tier ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>En s\u2019appuyant sur les atouts du digital<\/strong> : Djingo salari\u00e9s, refonte des home pages Anoo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Sch\u00e9ma d\u2019organisation de l\u2019Accueil Salari\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/accueil_2.0.jpg\" alt=\"accueil 2.0\" width=\"656\" height=\"328\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>La position de la CFE-CGC<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC consid\u00e8rent le bien-fond\u00e9 de ce projet de r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019accueil salari\u00e9 qui s\u2019appuient sur les 3 \u00e9quipes du CSRH Orl\u00e9ans, Grenoble et Amiens et saluent la m\u00e9thode de conduite du projet qui a impliqu\u00e9e un grand nombre de salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ils demandent qu\u2019une solution soit mise en \u0153uvre pour les salari\u00e9s des Cara\u00efbes.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC revendiquent qu\u2019un&nbsp;vrai <strong>programme de valorisation des comp\u00e9tences et de reconnaissance soit mis en \u0153uvre pour les salari\u00e9s du CSRH concern\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce projet de r\u00e9organisation de l\u2019accueil CSRH est l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019un chantier de r\u00e9flexion \u00ab Faire Autrement \u00bb d\u00e9marr\u00e9 avec les salari\u00e9s volontaires d\u00e8s mars 2022.
