Ce projet repose sur l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de l\u2019automatisation, la mutualisation, le renforcement de la formation\/animation m\u00e9tier (avec notamment la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 au sein de V360), le support aux superviseurs et l\u2019accompagnement des salari\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Vous informer<\/h2>\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment des r\u00e9unions d\u2019information organis\u00e9es par la Direction, la CFE-CGC a particip\u00e9 avec les autres organisations syndicales \u00e0 4 Heures d\u2019Information par Teams. A chacune de ces r\u00e9unions propos\u00e9es fin f\u00e9vrier et d\u00e9but mars, les premi\u00e8res r\u00e9actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies.<\/p>\n<h2>Vous \u00e9couter<\/h2>\n<p>Lors de la s\u00e9ance d\u2019information du projet au CSE de f\u00e9vrier, les \u00e9lus ont vot\u00e9 <strong>\u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9<\/strong> pour une expertise confi\u00e9e au cabinet Technologia. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette expertise, dans laquelle <strong>l\u2019\u00e9coute des salari\u00e9s <\/strong>repr\u00e9sente un volet important, servira de base de travail face \u00e0 la Direction.<\/p>\n<p>Mais, sans attendre le rapport d\u2019expertise, une intersyndicale a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019appeler \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve face \u00e0 ce projet d\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a choisi de ne pas rejoindre ce mouvement de gr\u00e8ve pour les raisons suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elle consid\u00e8re cette action comme pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e, le recueil de la voix des salari\u00e9s n\u2019ayant pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9. En outre, les quelques retours de salari\u00e9s paraissent mitig\u00e9s concernant cet appel \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve.<\/li>\n<li>Les taux de gr\u00e9vistes actuellement \u00e0 Orange sont tr\u00e8s bas (souvent inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 5%) montrant une d\u00e9saffection pour ce type d\u2019action<\/li>\n<li>Le mouvement de gr\u00e8ve en cours au sujet de la r\u00e9forme des retraites rend cette action confuse pour une direction ayant tendance \u00e0 faire la sourde oreille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La CFE-CGC a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Direction l&rsquo;ouverture de discussions sur les mesures d&rsquo;accompagnement de la transformation des supervisions de Vision 360.<\/p>\n<h2>Vous exprimer<\/h2>\n<p>La CFE-CGC appelle les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9pondre massivement au sondage Technologia avant le 21 avril<\/strong>, afin d\u2019interpeller efficacement la direction, n\u00e9gocier sur la base de vos attentes, prendre des d\u00e9cisions adapt\u00e9es et \u00e9mettre un avis \u00e9clair\u00e9 sur ce projet.<\/p>\n<h2>La CFE-CGC Orange revendique<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Des parcours de professionnalisation adapt\u00e9s quelle que soit la bande<\/li>\n<li>Une reconnaissance financi\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e aux efforts consentis<\/li>\n<li>Les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour reconstruire les collectifs<\/li>\n<li>Un accompagnement ouvrant des perspectives d\u2019\u00e9volutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/tract_v360-sup-2023.04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle; max-width: inherit;\"><span class=\"wf_file_text\">Tract au format PDF<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/tract_v360-sup-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"wf_file\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Direction de V360 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux \u00e9lus du CSE de DTSI un projet d\u2019\u00e9volution du Domaine Supervision Clients et Salari\u00e9s en vue d\u2019une consultation.
