Les \u00e9lus CFE-CGC sont extr\u00eamement choqu\u00e9s qu\u2019une nouvelle fois ce soient les salari\u00e9s qui trinquent, alors que la situation actuelle est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une absence de courage des dirigeants de l\u2019entit\u00e9 qui les a emp\u00each\u00e9s d\u2019anticiper les mesures plus douces qui s\u2019imposaient alors. <\/p>\n<p>Ils estiment que la Direction s\u2019est compl\u00e8tement fourvoy\u00e9e dans sa mani\u00e8re de faire les choses en annon\u00e7ant ce plan de d\u00e9parts, alors que les r\u00e9sultats de la r\u00e9organisation qui a eu lieu d\u00e9but janvier ne se font pas encore sentir.
