{"id":21625,"date":"2023-05-11T13:01:18","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T13:01:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=21625"},"modified":"2023-05-11T13:01:18","modified_gmt":"2023-05-11T13:01:18","slug":"csec-du-18-19-et-20-avril-2023-transformation-de-la-drh-groupe-orientations-orange-france-et-def","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2023\/05\/11\/csec-du-18-19-et-20-avril-2023-transformation-de-la-drh-groupe-orientations-orange-france-et-def\/","title":{"rendered":"CSEC du 18, 19 et 20 avril 2023 : transformation de la DRH Groupe, orientations Orange France et DEF"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Au sommaire du CSEC (Comit\u00e9 Social et Economique Central) du 18, 19 et 20 avril 2023<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"2023051013160\/csec-ues-orange\/information-consultation-sur-le-projet-d-evolution-de-la-drh-du-groupe.html\">Information\/consultation sur le projet d\u2019\u00e9volution de la DRH du Groupe<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"2023051013159\/csec-ues-orange\/orientations-orange-france.html\">Orientations Orange France<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"2023051013158\/csec-ues-orange\/orientations-def.html\">Orientations DEF<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9claration pr\u00e9alable : strat\u00e9gie et plan de d\u00e9part<\/h3>\n<p><strong>La CFE-CGC Orange alerte \u00e0 nouveau la Direction sur les effets d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res de la financiarisation, la rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 court-terme et l\u2019absence de relais de croissance, sans compter les plans sociaux d\u00e9guis\u00e9s <\/strong>qui s\u2019organisent avec le transfert des personnels vers la filiale de la G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de T\u00e9l\u00e9phone, la r\u00e9duction des fonctions supports, la fusion des UI (Unit\u00e9 d\u2019Intervention) et des UPR (Unit\u00e9 Production R\u00e9seaux) \u2026<strong> <br \/> <strong>Comment engager le personnel dans un plan strat\u00e9gique qui ne vise qu\u2019\u00e0 satisfaire les march\u00e9s financiers ?<\/strong><\/strong><br \/> <strong><br \/> La Direction argumente la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de conduire un plan de r\u00e9duction des effectifs chez SCE<\/strong> et annonce pr\u00e8s de 700 d\u00e9parts volontaires, alors que<strong> pr\u00e8s de 8 000 personnes quitteront le Groupe en 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;; 3 000 par d\u00e9mission individuelle et 2 000 dans le cadre de d\u00e9parts en retraite.<strong> <br \/> <strong><br \/> Orange n\u2019a donc pas de n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ces d\u00e9parts <\/strong><\/strong>et devrait au contraire se pr\u00e9occuper de repositionner ses \u00e9quipes pour maintenir la qualit\u00e9 du service rendu \u00e0 ses clients !<br \/> <strong>La Direction a franchi le Rubicon<\/strong> en annon\u00e7ant sa volont\u00e9 de se s\u00e9parer des collaborateurs du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019Orange Business (Services) avec un ch\u00e8que pour les faire partir et sans proposition de reclassement<strong>. <br \/> Orange ne sera plus jamais Orange.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le choc \u00e9motionnel est immense, la<\/strong> confiance perdue et l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude se r\u00e9pand. <br \/> Les personnels ne se projettent plus dans l\u2019entreprise. Orange ne fait plus r\u00eaver, les plus jeunes sont demandeurs du plan de d\u00e9part volontaire et Orange Business (Services) voit son image et son attractivit\u00e9 s\u2019effondrer.&nbsp;Pour renforcer notre alerte, le 11 Avril 2023, le DS Central de la CFE-CGC Orange a \u00e9crit une longue <a href=\"2023041113025\/communiques-de-presse\/pres-de-700-postes-bientot-supprimes-chez-orange-business-services-avec-l-assentiment-de-l-etat.html\">lettre ouverte au Ministre de l\u2019Economie, Bruno Le Maire <\/a>dont l\u2019objet&nbsp;\u00e9tait : <br \/><strong><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Pr\u00e8s de 700 postes bient\u00f4t supprim\u00e9s chez Orange Business Services.
