Et ce, apr\u00e8s celle du d\u00e9part de nos coll\u00e8gues en temps lib\u00e9r\u00e9.<br \/>A date, le volume des d\u00e9parts dans ce dispositif contestable ne fait pas l\u2019objet d\u2019une communication honn\u00eate des DRH.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle urgence conduit notre Groupe \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ces d\u00e9parts, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 sa recherche de qualit\u00e9 de services rendus aux clients devrait au contraire le conduire \u00e0 se pr\u00e9occuper du repositionnement efficace de ses effectifs ?<\/p>\n<p>Confiance, confiance es-tu l\u00e0 ? Orange Business (Services) voit son image et son attractivit\u00e9 s\u2019effondrer. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude fait son lit, comment les personnels pourraient-ils encore se projeter ? Les plus ne jeunes demandent qu\u2019\u00e0 partir. Orange fait-il toujours r\u00eaver ?<br \/>Sans proposition de reclassement mais avec un ch\u00e8que anesth\u00e9siant, la Direction vient de franchir le Rubicon. L\u2019\u00e9motion est forte, the future is bright\u2026 but Lead the Future, is the new deal.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons l\u2019espoir\u2026 que les diff\u00e9rentes sessions de pr\u00e9sentation du Plan Strat\u00e9gique en \u00ab roadshow \u00bb permettent \u00e9galement de percevoir les inqui\u00e9tudes du personnel.
