La formation est une condition sine qua none de cette employabilit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<p>Toutefois, au sein d\u2019Orange Innovation, nous notons&nbsp;des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9occupants quant \u00e0 la bonne r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de formation des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019entit\u00e9 pour 2023 et les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0f0\"
