Les personnes identifi\u00e9es pour devenir Soutien M\u00e9tier appartiennent aux trois fili\u00e8res principales des USC&nbsp;: Service Client, Service Apr\u00e8s-Vente et Service Transition (mise en production des routeurs et r\u00e9seaux clients).<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 0pt;\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"mso-fareast-language: FR;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\" size=\"2\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\">Elles restent proches de leur m\u00e9tier (Responsable Service client ou technicien en SAV ou en service Transition suivant le cas) en continuant \u00e0 le pratiquer (\u00e0 10% environ) mais servent principalement de soutien en tant que formateur, ou en apportant de l\u2019aide sur des probl\u00e8mes complexes et une analyse \u00e0 froid des processus ou des crises.
