Avec la mise en place de la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des Titres Restaurants, appel\u00e9s maintenant Titres Alimentation (TA), ils se retrouvent p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SOUMIS A NOTE DE FRAIS, LES PERSONNELS D\u2019INTERVENTION N\u2019ONT PLUS DROIT AUX TITRES ALIMENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Direction d\u2019Orange SA a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, avec la b\u00e9n\u00e9diction des 5 organisations syndicales signataires de l\u2019accord restauration, de passer l\u2019ensemble des territoires sur une d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des Titres Alimentation sous la forme d\u2019une carte, sans avoir demand\u00e9 l\u2019avis de vos \u00e9lus au CSE R\u00e9union-Mayotte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif de la mutualisation de la restauration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En optant pour la mutualisation du budget restauration, <strong>les personnels sont <\/strong>non seulement<strong> d\u00e9pouill\u00e9s de la partie non consomm\u00e9e (environ 200\u20ac)<\/strong> mais ils subissent en plus, une <strong>gestion centralis\u00e9e<\/strong> en m\u00e9tropole d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de bon sens <strong>qui ne prend pas en compte<\/strong> <strong>notre<\/strong> sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 locale en offre de restauration.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, les personnels de la DORM n\u2019ont pas la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9jeuner dans un Restaurant-Inter-Entreprise (RIE) ou Inter-Administration (RIA) car <strong>la Direction d\u2019Orange SA n\u2019a jamais sign\u00e9 de convention locale<\/strong> avec eux.<\/p>\n<p>Pour lire l&rsquo;int\u00e8gralit\u00e9&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/202307-cfecgc-cse_dorm-tract_restauration_tic_vf.pdf\" class=\"wf_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/pdf.png\" alt=\"pdf\" class=\"wf_file_icon\" style=\"border: 0px; vertical-align: middle; max-width: inherit;\"><span class=\"wf_file_text\">Cliquer ici <\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jusqu\u2019au 1er juin, nos Techniciens d\u2019Interventions Clients (TIC) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient des Tickets Restaurations.
