C\u2019est en tout cas ce que concluent deux \u00e9tudes publi\u00e9es coup sur coup par les cabinets <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercer.com\/fr-fr\/about\/newsroom\/enquete-mercer-negociations-annuelles-obligatoires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mercer<\/a> et LHH qui, d\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019observation des r\u00e9sultats des n\u00e9gociations annuelles obligatoires (NAO), tablent respectivement sur des augmentations de salaires de 4,95 % et 4,7 % en 2023. Avec les primes et les promotions individuelles, la hausse globale des salaires atteindrait environ 5,5 % sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e, pr\u00e9voit la <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.banque-france.fr\/projections-macroeconomiques-juin-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banque de France<\/a>, soit quasiment autant que l\u2019inflation (5,6 %).<\/p>\n<p>Mais tout le monde ne sera pas trait\u00e9 de la m\u00eame enseigne, les non-cadres \u00e9tant favoris\u00e9s par rapport aux cadres. Par ailleurs, ces augmentations ne suffiront \u00e9videmment pas \u00e0 compenser le manque \u00e0 gagner v\u00e9cu par les salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais en 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus d\u2019informations dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lefigaro.fr\/social\/en-2023-la-hausse-des-salaires-devrait-rattraper-celle-des-prix-20230719\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Figaro<\/a> \u2013 Thomas Engrand \u2013 19\/07\/2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Rappelons que chez Orange, la Direction a propos\u00e9 une augmentation de 4,8 % lors des <a href=\"2023032612975\/remuneration\/pouvoir-d-achat-les-personnels-doivent-payer.html\">NAO 2023<\/a> et refus\u00e9 tout rattrapage de la perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat subie par les salari\u00e9s en 2022, \u00e0 la suite des faibles augmentations (3 %) due \u00e0 sa <a href=\"2022050611750\/remuneration\/nao-2022-la-baisse-c-est-la-hausse.html\">D\u00e9cision Unilat\u00e9rale<\/a>.
