La situation de 2022 est quasiment identique \u00e0 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>53 alternants recens\u00e9s au 31\/12\/22<\/li>\n<li>Les apprentis repr\u00e9sentent 6,33% de l\u2019effectif<\/li>\n<li>Taux sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui fix\u00e9 par l\u2019accord interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel du 12\/12\/2018 (5%)<\/li>\n<li>Des recrutements d\u2019apprentis sont orient\u00e9s vers 2 domaines : Client (83,33 %) et UI (16,67%)<\/li>\n<li>52 tuteurs (dont 15 form\u00e9s en 2022) : 40% sont des femmes ; 60% sont des hommes<\/li>\n<li>F\u00e9minisation \u00e0 43 %<\/li>\n<li>18 ans pour le plus jeune et 34 ans pour le plus \u00e2g\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>37 nouveaux contrats conclus durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022<\/li>\n<li>Sur les 53 apprentis pr\u00e9sents fin 12\/2022, 43.4% suivent une formation visant \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur licence ou ma\u00eetrise et 56.6% des contrats d\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre 2022 visent les niveaux BAC + 2 (BTS, DUT, DEUST)<\/li>\n<li>7 ex-apprentis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s : 1 en CDI et 6 en CDD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange d\u00e9plore que dans le dossier ne figurent pas le r\u00e9sultat des examens et le nombre de dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, le taux de transformation en CDI (1 en 2022) est plus que n\u00e9gligeable.
