{"id":22320,"date":"2023-09-17T12:16:17","date_gmt":"2023-09-17T12:16:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/?p=22320"},"modified":"2023-09-17T12:16:17","modified_gmt":"2023-09-17T12:16:17","slug":"emploi-des-personnes-en-situation-de-handicap-le-rapport-2022-est-sorti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.cfecgc-orange.app\/index.php\/2023\/09\/17\/emploi-des-personnes-en-situation-de-handicap-le-rapport-2022-est-sorti\/","title":{"rendered":"Emploi des personnes en situation de handicap, le rapport 2022 est sorti !"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/handicap.jpg\" alt=\"handicap\" width=\"707\" height=\"264\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Ce rapport annuel de 2022 sur l&#8217;emploi des personnes en situation de Handicap ne pr\u00e9sente pas de grandes avanc\u00e9es et ce depuis la fin du COVID.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 de grandes ambitions formul\u00e9es par la direction nous arrivons d\u00e9sormais en 2023 \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;accord Handicap et celui-ci n\u2019a pas tenu toutes ses promesses, il vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre prolong\u00e9 d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire le temps de permettre \u00e0 la direction de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avec les Organisations Syndicales \u00e0 une politique beaucoup plus ambitieuses pour nos coll\u00e8gues en situation de Handicap !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/recrutement.jpg\" alt=\"recrutement\" width=\"440\" height=\"240\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><br \/><strong>La faiblesse du recrutement en 2022 reste le point noir de ce bilan <\/strong>et ce malgr\u00e9 les alertes formul\u00e9es par la CFE-CGC en particulier. Le taux d&#8217;emploi global des travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s reste stable.<br \/>Une r\u00e9organisation de la Direction Diversit\u00e9 est d\u2019ailleurs en cours.<br \/>Il est \u00e0 noter \u00e9galement la<strong> baisse significative du budget<\/strong> de pr\u00e8s de trois millions d&rsquo;euros en 2022 sur notre p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre.<br \/>Enfin, la pyramide des \u00e2ges ne cesse de progresser et cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre ce qui renforce les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes sur les personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;entreprise doit progresser dans le recrutement et soutenir le maintien dans l&#8217;emploi<\/strong> pour faire \u00e9voluer le regard et les mentalit\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;offrir de v\u00e9ritables perspectives d&rsquo;\u00e9volutions professionnelles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce rapport annuel de 2022 sur l&#8217;emploi des personnes en situation de Handicap ne pr\u00e9sente pas de grandes avanc\u00e9es et ce depuis la fin du COVID.
