L\u2019impact r\u00e9el de ces indicateurs ne fait pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 pour autant.<\/h4>\n<p>De plus en plus de cadres et managers interm\u00e9diaires pourraient voir une partie de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable conditionn\u00e9e \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale des entreprises (RSE), notamment environnementaux et sociaux. Les DRH cherchent en effet des solutions pour engager les salari\u00e9s dans les grandes transformations en cours. L\u2019id\u00e9e infuse jusque dans les sph\u00e8res dirigeantes : en 2021, le pr\u00e9sident du groupe Rocher, Bris Rocher, appelait dans un rapport \u00e0 soumettre \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res extra-financiers au moins 20 % de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable des salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>[&#8230;]<\/p>\n<p>Remplacer \u00ab&nbsp;une bonne strat\u00e9gie RSE et les investissements li\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb il faut le faire, mais le poids des indicateurs financiers et largement pr\u00e9dominant par rapport aux indicateurs RSE rel\u00e8ve S\u00e9bastien Crozier, le pr\u00e9sident de la CFE-CGC d\u2019Orange.
