La faute, en grande partie, \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision que la CFE-CGC n\u2019avait pas manqu\u00e9 de d\u00e9plorer l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019arr\u00eat du partenariat avec l\u2019association \u00ab\u202fOsons l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9\u202f\u00bb qui avait d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sa r\u00e9elle efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 recruter des candidats contrairement aux cabinets de recrutements (sic).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">Malgr\u00e9 ces faibles chiffres, Orange continue d\u2019atteindre les 6% d\u2019Obligation d\u2019Emploi de Travailleurs Handicap\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un nombre plus faible de sorties, \u00e0 des reconnaissances RQTH en hausse mais aussi au vieillissement de la population qui, rappelons-le, gonfle m\u00e9caniquement les chiffres puisqu\u2019un salari\u00e9 de plus de 50 ans compte pour 1,5\u202f!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Les promotions toujours \u00e0 la traine\u202f!<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">Il est bien dommage de constater que l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les salari\u00e9s TH promus et l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s ne cesse de se creuser, passant de 1,55 points \u00e0 2,67\u2026&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Formation un l\u00e9ger mieux\u202f?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">Bien que le taux d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la formation ait augment\u00e9, le nombre d\u2019heures moyen est lui en baisse. Tout comme les autres ann\u00e9es, nous r\u00e9clamons la r\u00e9partition des formations en distanciel, pr\u00e9sentiel et e-learning car ce dernier ne peut-\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que comme de l\u2019information et non de la formation \u00e0 proprement dit\u202f!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Des \u00e9conomies sur le plan de l\u2019immobilier au d\u00e9triment des salari\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">La direction continue \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer massivement le flex office, ne tenant pas compte des impacts que cela a sur les salari\u00e9s en situation de handicap et ce, malgr\u00e9 les alertes de la commission\u202f!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">En effet, certains handicaps n\u00e9cessitent des am\u00e9nagements sp\u00e9cifiques tels que des bureaux ferm\u00e9s. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des espaces ouverts emp\u00eache ces salari\u00e9s de se concentrer et travailler dans de bonnes conditions, les for\u00e7ant \u00e0 travailler plus fr\u00e9quemment chez eux et par la force des choses, \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9loign\u00e9s de leurs coll\u00e8gues et s\u2019isoler.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\"><strong>La suite\u202f?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; white-space: pre-wrap; vertical-align: baseline; background-color: transparent;\">Une bonne nouvelle toutefois, puisque la MIH a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reprendre le partenariat avec l\u2019association \u00ab\u202fOsons l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9\u202f\u00bb pour 2023.
