Nous d\u00e9non\u00e7ons cette m\u00e9thode qui manque de respect vis-\u00e0-vis des \u00e9lus et souhaitons que cela change. Nous le ferons savoir.<\/p>\n<p>Une politique constante de \u00ab&nbsp;d\u00e9semploi&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Rien de nouveau ni de positif. &nbsp;Ce rapport-bilan 2022 affiche les m\u00eames tendances baissi\u00e8res en termes d\u2019emploi&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les recrutements externes restent faibles. 12 en 2022 m\u00eame si la DO fait mieux qu\u2019en 2021 (7)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019\u00e9volution nette (Entr\u00e9es \u2013 D\u00e9parts) reste n\u00e9gative -12 en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019effectif CDI en baisse : 786 vs 798 soit -12 entre 2022 et 2021<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2022 est une ann\u00e9e record en termes de d\u00e9missions, de licenciements et de rupture conventionnelle (-10)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Le taux de f\u00e9minisation progresse de fa\u00e7on epsilonesque<\/p>\n<p>-Le dispositif s\u00e9nior (31 en 2022) a un impact sur la force au travail (-19.5 ETP)<\/p>\n<h4>Analyse de la CFE-CGC<\/h4>\n<p><a id=\"_Toc501472218\"><\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sur chaque domaine d\u2019activit\u00e9, des enjeux et leviers forts sont mis en exergue pour le business et la satisfaction clients ; malheureusement, nous observons que la DORM a opt\u00e9 pour une ex\u00e9cution de ces d\u00e9fis avec des ressources humaines limit\u00e9es. La force au travail d\u00e9cline de mani\u00e8re continue depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, et nous craignons que cette tendance ne s&rsquo;interrompe pas de sit\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Le DRH nous confirme que malgr\u00e9 les coupes drastiques dans les effectifs de la DORM, nous devons relativiser versus d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions de l&rsquo;hexagone o\u00f9 la situation est encore plus critique. Le Pr\u00e9sident et le DRH pr\u00e9tendent se battre pour pr\u00e9server l&#8217;emploi. La CFE-CGC Orange n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 cette vision. Les chiffres sont sans appel. Nous refusons de nous r\u00e9signer \u00e0 la fatalit\u00e9 et ferons entendre notre voix pour garantir un niveau d&#8217;emploi acceptable \u00e0 La DORM.
