En effet celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9 en tant que salari\u00e9 par Thierry Breton en avril 2003 en charge de la \u00ab\u00a0mission Technologies, partenariats strat\u00e9giques et&nbsp;nouveaux usages\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\">&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9&nbsp;mandataire social (PDG), son contrat de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu. Didier Lombard l&rsquo;a fait r\u00e9activiter \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la fin de son mandat social afin de percevoir de nouveau son salaire&#8230; L&rsquo;age de mise \u00e0 la retraite d&rsquo;office (depuis le 1er janvier 2010) \u00e9tant de 70 ans, Monsieur St\u00e9phane Richard ne peut m\u00eame pas s&rsquo;y opposer.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\">&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\">Le plan de stocks options pr\u00e9voit explicitement que tout mandataire social n&rsquo;a que deux mois pour faire valoir ses stocks options (or actuellement le cours est inf\u00e9rieur aux valeurs d&rsquo;\u00e9mission). En faisant r\u00e9activer son contrat de travail, il esp\u00e8re b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la clause dite de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9part \u00e0 retraite\u00a0\u00bb r\u00e9serv\u00e9e aux salari\u00e9s qui lui permet de les conserver jusqu&rsquo;en 2017 .<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\">Devant le comportement ind\u00e9cent de celui qui a pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 une entreprise de 130 000 personnes dans une crise sociale sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, la CFE-CGC\/UNSA a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer une p\u00e9tition \u00ab\u00a0Lombard d\u00e9gage !\u00a0\u00bb afin d&rsquo;exiger son d\u00e9part.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"015532613-23022011\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"015532613-23022011\"><a href=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/ptition-CFE-CGC-UNSA_LombardDegage_versionFormulaire2.doc\" class=\"jce_file\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/doc.png\" alt=\"doc\" style=\"border: 0px;
