L3241-1, les employeurs ont <strong>l\u2019obligation de verser la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du salari\u00e9 sur un compte<\/strong> <strong>au nom du salari\u00e9<\/strong> dont il est le titulaire ou le cotitulaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ces dispositions pr\u00e9vues par la loi RIXAIN du 24 d\u00e9cembre 2021, visent \u00e0<strong> favoriser l\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re des femmes, notamment pour mieux lutter contre les violences \u00e9conomiques qu\u2019elles peuvent subir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00ab&nbsp;Violences \u00e9conomiques \u00bb&nbsp;: de quoi parle-t\u2019on&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Elles se d\u00e9finissent par un contr\u00f4le, un appauvrissement ou un manque \u00e0 gagner qui peuvent aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la d\u00e9possession totale des moyens d\u2019autonomie financi\u00e8re par un conjoint, au d\u00e9triment de l\u2019autre conjoint.
