Pourtant une solution simple existe&nbsp;: un portail intranet.<\/p>\n<h3>&nbsp;Une situation actuelle de renoncement pour les salari\u00e9s&nbsp;:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;ENTREPRISE&nbsp;: Aucune pr\u00e9sentation de notre entreprise et de ses activit\u00e9s n\u2019est disponible.<\/li>\n<li>ORGANISATION : Aucune vision sur notre organisation, pourtant tr\u00e8s complexe et en constants changements.<\/li>\n<li>OUTILS&nbsp;: Accessibles que via une recherche dans les courriels, cela fait perdre des heures chaque semaine \u00e0 nos milliers de salari\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>PROCESS&nbsp;: Les r\u00e8gles en vigueur dans l\u2019entreprise sont extr\u00eamement difficiles \u00e0 trouver et il est impossible de distinguer les versions obsol\u00e8tes des versions officielles.<\/li>\n<li>RECRUTEMENT&nbsp;: Il est impossible d\u2019int\u00e9grer convenablement nos salari\u00e9s et de communiquer efficacement avec eux.<\/li>\n<li>SUIVI \/ ACCOMPAGNEMENT&nbsp;:&nbsp;
