Aschenbroich, Mme Heydeman, M. Lecerf et M. Martinez, campe sur sa position de n&rsquo;accorder aucune augmentation collective pour les salari\u00e9s au-dessus de 46 K \u20ac et propose un taux directeur de 2,8% l\u00e9g\u00e8rement au-dessus de l\u2019inflation glissante de l\u2019Insee 2,6%. C\u2019est le retour de la politique salariale, institu\u00e9e par M. Lombard, qui ne souhaitait pas d\u2019augmentation collective.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange a quitt\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance, suivie par les 2 autres Organisations Syndicales Repr\u00e9sentatives (OSR), en demandant une proposition en rapport avec l\u2019investissement de chacun. D&rsquo;un commun accord il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que nous reviendrons \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gociations apr\u00e8s la publication des r\u00e9sultats financiers qui aura lieu le 15 f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n<p>La CFE-CGC Orange ne peut admettre une d\u00e9gradation continuelle de notre pouvoir d\u2019achat et de nos conditions de travail sans ajustement d\u2019une politique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en rapport avec les efforts consentis pour s\u2019adapter aux nouveaux business model.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019intensification du travail et le maintien des taux de marges ne peuvent se faire au d\u00e9triment du personnel pour le bien unique d\u2019une gouvernance et de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration du Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Avec 5000 sorties d\u2019effectifs au p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre social d\u2019Orange S.A en 2023, une automatisation des facteurs de production et une politique de sous-traitance toujours plus intense, la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles richesses doit se partager et nourrir une masse salariale en continuel d\u00e9clin.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"2024020713961\/remuneration\/negociation-salariale-2024-les-revendications-de-la-cfe-cgc-orange.html\">Consultez les revendications de la CFE-CGC<\/a><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Afin d&rsquo;infl\u00e9chir la position de nos dirigeants, toutes les organisations syndicales n\u00e9gociatrices ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;organiser une r\u00e9union d&rsquo;information commune le 15 f\u00e9vrier 2024 sur le site d&rsquo;Alleray, jour de l&rsquo;annonce des r\u00e9sultats du Groupe. Ce sera l\u2019occasion pour tous les personnels de venir \u00e9changer avec vos repr\u00e9sentants, de parler du partage de la richesse cr\u00e9\u00e9e et de faire des propositions.
