Les propositions de la direction sont \u00e0 un niveau particuli\u00e8rement bas.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement importante ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les augmentations d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 annonc\u00e9es font que nous salari\u00e9s, allons supporter une augmentation du co\u00fbt de la vie sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;inflation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les r\u00e9sultats 2023 d&rsquo;Orange qui seront annonc\u00e9s le 15 f\u00e9vrier sont attendus comme tr\u00e8s bons<\/strong>. <strong>Le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net est attendu proche de 3 milliards d&rsquo;euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La question du partage de la richesse cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;entreprise est clairement pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les montants d&rsquo;augmentation collective (les seuls que tout le monde est certain d&rsquo;avoir) propos\u00e9s par la direction ent\u00e9rinent une perte de pouvoir d&rsquo;achat significative sur les trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Venez participer nombreuses et nombreux \u00e0 cette Heure d&rsquo;Information Syndicale.
