Un <strong>bilan certes flatteur mais qui omet les effets du d\u00e9port de d\u00e9penses subis par les salari\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019agit-il d\u2019un nouveau mode d\u2019\u00e9conomie ou d\u2019une gestion nouvelle de fr\u00e9quentation de site&nbsp;? Car on constate, par ailleurs, que l\u2019usage du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail sur plus de 3 jours cons\u00e9cutifs ne semble plus \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent poser un probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u2019autre part, en sp\u00e9culant sur l\u2019app\u00e9tence au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail des salari\u00e9s, l\u2019entreprise cr\u00e9e des injonctions paradoxales, m\u00ealant \u00e9cologie et t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00ab responsable \u00bb<\/strong>, ce qui contredit totalement le discours vantant le retour sur site avec l&rsquo;importance du travail en pr\u00e9sentiel, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9sence sur le terrain et chez les clients.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan consiste finalement \u00e0 fermer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux lieux o\u00f9 se situent les outils de travail, \u00ab&nbsp;invitant&nbsp;\u00bb fortement les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9travailler, \u00e0 prendre des cong\u00e9s, voire en dernier recours, \u00e0 se rendre sur d&rsquo;autres sites. Sous couvert d\u2019une motivation \u00e9cologique tr\u00e8s discutable, usant et abusant de l&rsquo;enjeu RSE, ces choix sont impos\u00e9s par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation r\u00e9elle des nouveaux risques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s tant sur la sant\u00e9 que sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 environnementale laisse poindre un unique enjeu \u00e9conomique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La CFE-CGC recommande \u00e0 la Direction d\u2019ouvrir une n\u00e9gociation avec les Organisations Syndicales sur le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et les nouveaux modes d\u2019organisation qui ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 ces 4 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sans r\u00e9elle \u00e9valuation de leurs effets, faute de cadre conventionnel et aujourd\u2019hui inadapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du Groupe Orange et aux \u00e9volutions soci\u00e9tales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/> <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s les \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es suite aux projets pilotes men\u00e9s durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et No\u00ebl 2023, Orange veut g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser la fermeture exceptionnelle de certains sites tertiaires.
